Juniper-smoked boneless salmon fillet with a skin side. A wonderful taste of Norwegian nature. The salmon is wild caught in Namsen by fishermen from Trøndelag. Every bite is a great experience and many hours of patience behind it. Smoked by professionals with long experience.
